Other people prefer to follow a 16/8 fasting protocol, where they fast for 16 hours and eat within an 8 hour feeding window.

Intermittent fasting allows you to have more flexibility so that you can make your “dieting” sustainable. 

Regular diets make you hungry and irritable and you can’t stay on them for long because they’re not fun to do.
