The Bulletproof Fitness VTS rack attachment turns your rack into a Smith machine and high-low cable pulley machine for maximum functionality in a space-saving design!
VTS allows you to use your own barbell with their clamping system and the trolleys use UHMW rollers to protect your weight rack against scratches.
The Versa Trolley System (VTS) is sold individually or as a pair and is available in two versions, VTS and VTS Lite.

- Latches: Straight latch (goes into front hole uprights) or Curved latch (hooks to a hitch pin going through your squat rack upright laterally)
- Size: Works with 3×3, 2×3, and 2×2 uprights
- Upright hole size: Fits 1″ or 5/8″ holes.

Straight Latch vs Curved Latch
The straight latch goes into the front holes of your upright.
This allows you to rack the weight at any height.
For those who don’t have holes in the front of uprights, the curved latch hooks to a hitch pin going through your uprights horizontally.
Because this uses a hitch pitch, you can only rack the weight at the height of the pin.

Iso Handles Attachment
The Bulletproof Iso Handles are knurled handles that go into the VTS barbell housing allowing you to perform unilateral movements.
These are optional and not included with the VTS purchase.
High-Low Pulley Cable Machine / Functional Trainer
The VTS cable pulley system is a 2:1 ratio cable machine that can be left on your rack and worked around or removed with no tools!
The upper and lower assemblies can be removed with a simple hitch pin and the VTS trolley pulley added or removed with no tools as well making for a fast, easy, effortless setup or removal.
