Eisenlink Adjustable Dumbbells

Eisenlink adjustable dumbbells are an economical alternative to the Ironmaster Quick Lock adjustable dumbbells.

They’re available in 50 or 80 lbs and can be expanded up to 160 lbs with a special screw.

And just like Powerblock dumbbells, they are squared in shape which I like so they don’t roll around in my garage gym.

Eisenlink vs Ironmaster Adjustable Dumbbells

Eisenlink doesn’t require completely removal of the end cap to change weight, making them faster than Ironmaster.

Weight capacity on Eisenlink dumbbells  is 160 lbs vs 165 lbs for Ironmaster, so that’s almost even.

Einselinks go up in 5 lbs increments while Ironmaster goes up in 2.5 lbs.

Are Eisenlink Dumbbells Safe?

Yes, Eisenlink dumbbells are safe thanks to their unique plate inter-locking mechanism.

Each weight plate has a male and female piece that insert into each other, preventing the plates from shifting.

On top of that, the end cap has a long screw that keeps the plates pushed up against each other.

How To Change Weight On Eisenlink Dumbbells

Eisenlink dumbbell plates are squared with an opening at the bottom which allows for quick adjustments.

For that reason, there’s no need to remove the end caps completely.

Just unscrew them enough to loosen up the grip on the plates and add or remove plates as needed.

3: Tighten the end cap

Eisenlink Dumbbells Weight Capacity

Eisenlink dumbbells come in 50 lbs and 80 lbs options.

The 50 lbs set goes from 10 to 50 lbs in 5 lbs increments.

And the 80 lbs set goes from 10 to 80 lbs in 5 lbs increments.

Eisenlink does have the option to buy a longer end cap screw to make them expandable up to 160 lbs.

It works the same as the 50 and 80 lbs options, you just have to buy more plates to go along with the longer expansion screws.
