Freak Athlete Leg Developer Attachment

Adjustable

The Leg Developer is adjustable to fit people of different heights.

When doing lying leg curls, the pads can be adjusted in 12 different horizontal settings.

The leg extension pads have 4 vertical height adjustment settings.

Weight Plate Compatibility

The loading bar is 9 3/4″ long and is compatible with Olympic sized and standard sized weight plates.

It comes with a metal sleeve that can be removed to be used with standard weight plates (1″ center hole).

Full Range of Motion and Constant Tension

The decline position in the lying leg curl set up creates a slight pre-stretch in the hamstrings and the 45 degree loading bar keep constant tension in the hamstrings.

During leg extensions, shins also start in a pre-stretched position to ensure constant tension.

Quick Install

The Freak Athlete Leg Developer attachment takes 20 seconds to attach/detach from the Nordic Hyper GHD.

It hooks to the front handle and is secured in place by screwing in loading bars.
