Knurling
The aggressive knurling on the Wonder Bar gives you a grippy feel so that you feel secure holding on to it but not rough enough to tear up your hands.
Dual knurl markings (IWF and IPF) make it easy to determine hand placement on the barbell.
Use the knurl marks closest to the center for powerlifting and the outer marks for Olympic lifting.
Choose Bushings Or Bearings
The bronze bushing Wonder Barbell is better for heavier and slower lifts like the bench press.
Or you can go with needle bearings, which are better for faster lifts like power cleans.
Both bars are excellent for lifting and provide moderate to fast spin.

Finish
The 28mm shaft on the Wonder Barbell has a black Cerakote finish to resist rust.
This is especially important in a garage gym because of the high humidity.
Sleeves have an aluminum finish to reduce the visibility of scratches when loading weight plates.
