Rep BlackWing Bench Preview
The Rep BlackWing bench is an FID bench (flat, incline, decline) made out of 11 gauge steel and a beefy frame.
It weighs in at 131 lbs yet it is easy to move due to mots of its weight falling on the back legs where the wheels are.
With 12 back pad adjustments and 6 seat pad angles, there’s plenty of room for any bench exercise you can think of (and even more with the leg roller attachment).

Closed Ladder Adjustments
Rep combined the best features from all their adjustable benches and came up with 18 total adjustments for BlackWing.
The back pad has 12 adjustments with a closed ladder design and the seat pad has 6 angle adjustments.
A closed ladder design was designed with safety in mind especially when storing the bench vertically.
Wide Front Foot For Solid Stability
The Rep BlackWing has a wide front foot similar to the Rogue Manta Ray Bench.
Increased stability is the whole purpose of the increased width so there’s no side to side wobble.
Plus they added rubber under the feet to prevent the bench from sliding while in use.

Zero Gap Bench
What’s unique about the Rep BlackWing is that it’s a zero gap bench.
You’re able to slide the seat back and forth to eliminate any gaps between the back pad and seat pad.
This way the bench’s pad feels like one piece, especially when doing flat bench.
Vertical Storage
With the closed ladder system, you’re able to stand the BlackWing vertically so it takes up less of your home gym’s floor space.
The closed ladder prevents the back pad from inclining so there’s zero chance of accidents.
At the top of the back pad, Rep added a plastic piece to protect the bench’s upholstery from coming in direct contact with the floor.

Rep BlackWing In Multiple Colors
Rep gives you the option to choose from 7 colors for the frame.
They do charge more for clear coat option though ($165 more).
Optional Leg Roller Attachment
The Rep BlackWing has a -8 angle adjustment to use for decline bench pressing.
But if you’re looking for a steeper angle to unlock more exercises, you have the option to add the leg roller attachment.
The leg roller attachment connects to the top of the back pad frame.
With the leg rollers down, it can be used for decline sit ups and bench press.
But it can also be flipped upside down (with the leg rollers up) for Nordic curls.
