Rep Nighthawk Adjustable Bench Preview
The Rep Nighthawk bench is an FID bench (flat, incline, decline) made out of 7 and 14 gauge steel that improves upon the Rep AB 4100.
It weighs in at 88 lbs making it easy to move around, yet it’s built sturdy enough to hold up to 700 lbs.
With 7 back pad adjustments and 4 seat pad angles, there’s plenty of room for any bench exercise you can think of (and even more with the leg roller attachment).

Closed Ladder Adjustments
Rep combined the best features from the AB 4100 and came up with improvements for the Nighthawk.
The back pad has 7 back pad adjustments with a closed ladder design and the seat pad has 4 angle adjustments.
A closed ladder design was designed to make the bench safer when storing it vertically.
Wide Front Foot For Solid Stability
The Rep Nighthawk has a wide front foot similar to the Rogue Manta Ray Bench.
Increased stability is the whole purpose of the increased width so there’s no side to side wobble.
And they added rubber under the feet to prevent the bench from sliding while in use.

Vertical Storage
With the closed ladder system, you’re able to stand the Nighthawk vertically so it takes up less of your home gym’s floor space.
The closed ladder prevents the back pad from inclining so there’s zero chance of accidents.
At the top of the back pad, Rep added a rubber piece to protect the bench’s upholstery from coming in direct contact with the floor.

Rep Nighthawk In Multiple Colors
Rep gives you the option to choose from 6 colors for the frame.

Optional Leg Roller Attachment
The Rep Nighthawk has a -15 seat angle adjustment to use for decline bench pressing.
And if you’re looking to unlock more exercises, you have the option to add the leg roller attachment.
The leg roller attachment connects to the top of the back pad frame.
With the leg rollers down, it can be used for decline sit ups and bench press.
But it can also be flipped upside down (with the leg rollers up) for Nordic curls.
