New Ladder Style Adjustments

With 15 total adjustments, the Manta Ray gives you more configurations than any other Rogue adjustable bench.

The new internal ladder system gives plastic protection to all moving parts involved in the bench’s adjustment.

Wide Front Foot For Added Stability

Rogue widened the front foot and made in the shape of a Manta Ray which looks similar to the Rep BlackWing bench.

This extra width adds to the stability of the bench without getting in the way of your feet so you can still use leg drive.

Wide Pad With Minimal Pad Gap

The Manta Ray has a 12″ wide pad that’s covered with a grippy vinyl exterior for support and comfort.

A 1″ gap between the pads keeps the pads close enough to each other so that presses don’t feel uncomfortable.

Vertical Storage

The built-in handle on the front leg makes it easy to lift the bench up and on its caster wheels for storage.

In the vertical storage position, the bench pad never comes in direct contact with the floor thanks to a protective UHMW plastic.

Optional Foot Catch

When you first look at the Manta Ray, you might think it doesn’t have the option for decline bench but…

Rogue does have an optional foot catch that allows you to incline the back pad to use as a decline bench.

From here you can use it as a decline sit up bench or for decline bench press.

What Rogue Fitness Is Saying

The Rogue Manta Ray adjustable bench introduces a new ladder-style, internal adjustment system that produces a clean aesthetic and even more incline/decline positions.

Five seat pad settings (from -20 degrees to 30 degrees) and 10 back pad settings (0-85 degrees) give you 50 different positions with laser-cut markers identifying each angle in the steel tube.

A new front foot construction in the shape of a manta ray gives greater overall stability when in the decline position.
