D-Handle
The Smile Handles can be used as regular D-handles for seated cable rows, cable crossovers, bicep curls, etc
With a weight capacity of 350 lbs per handle, they can take on as much weight as you can handle.
Hammer Grip
The handle has a couple of eye hooks on each end so that you can convert it into a single arm hammer handle.
This eliminates pinching making it more comfortable to do exercises like single arm tricep extensions and rear delt flys.
