UClips Viking Press Attachment
The Uclips Viking Press attachment is a landmine handle made by UClips for Viking presses, squats, thrusters, bent over rows, Romanian deadlifts, and explosive movements.
It works with any landmine attachment and can be used with narrow neutral grip, pronated grip, and wide neutral grip.

Viking Press
The main function of the Uclips viking press attachment is for viking presses but I can also use it for other landmine exercises.
With a weight capacity of 600 lbs, it’ll support more weight than I can handle.
Squats
With the narrow neutral grip handles, I can mimic a landmine front squat.
This grip is more comfortable then holding on to the end of a barbell sleeve with both hands.

Thrusters
From the pronated grip, I can squat and explode up for landmine thrusters.
This gives me a whole body exercise that taxes me very quickly.
Bent Over Rows
I can also use this for landmine bent over rows which I prefer over regular barbell rows.
The fixed path makes it easier on my lower back so it reduces the risk of injury.
Quick Install
The attachment takes seconds to attach to a barbell.
I insert it to the end of a barbell sleeve and tighten the knob so it stays in place.
