Zupapa Trampoline Review

The Zupapa trampoline is not something I can fit into my garage gym so I’m coming out to the backyard for this review.

If you’ve bounced around in trampoline (who hasn’t?), you know this can get you breathing heavy in a short time.

So it’s a fun form of high intensity cardio activity that I enjoy with my kids.

Let’s check it out!

With the trampoline being 15 feet, I had to find an area in the backyard with lots of space so here it is.

And I have an enthusiastic helper who’s ready to get it set up so she can start jumping and doing tricks (she’s a gymnast).

First thing we did is connected all the pieces that form the base of the trampoline until it made a circle.

Then we connected the 6 sets of legs to the base so now the base is suspended.

Now my helper unfolds the trampoline mat so we can secure it to the base.

To anchor the trampoline mat to the base, I had to connect a bunch of springs from the mat to the base.

Zupapa provides the tool for this but it does require some strength as the springs pull tight as you go around.

Next, it was time to put up the posts and net.

The trampoline net is connected to the foam pads that go around the vertical poles.

Squeezing the poles through the foam pads took a little bit of effort but once we got it done it was time to secure the poles to the legs.

I connected the posts with U-bolts at the top and bottom of each leg.

This gives the posts complete stability so they don’t move sideways if my kids push on the net.

Zupapa includes stakes to add more stability to the trampoline to prevent it from tipping if you live in a windy area.

And the part we put up was a basketball goal that attaches to the net.

Zupapa Trampoline Weight Limits by Size

The weight capacity on the 15 feet trampoline I have is 425 lbs.

Right in the middle of the mat, Zupapa added their logo.

The 425 lbs weight capacity also applies to Zupapa’s 12 feet and 14 feet trampolines.

For the smaller Zupapa 8 feet and 10 feet trampolines, the weight limit is 375 lbs.

Trampoline Net Enclosure

The trampoline net enclosure feels very safe and can support being pushed on.

I’ve had several instances where I bounced into the net and it held me up without any issues.

The trampoline net can be completely closed with a zipper and double buckle combination.

The zipper is double sided so it can be opened and closed from inside or outside the trampoline.

I like that Zupapa added a double buckle just as a back up to the zipper.

My gymnasts are dare devils and can do some crazy stunts so this gives me peace of mind that they won’t fly off the trampoline.

No Gap Mat

The colored cover on top of the springs is padded to add cushion to that area.

I like that this part is sewn into the trampoline mat so there’s no gap.

This eliminates the chances of my feet going under the cover and hitting the metal springs.

Step Ladder

The step ladder connects to the frame and has 3 hard plastic rungs.

It comes with a place mat but it’s no necessary.

Stability

As far as stability goes, the trampoline feels very stable.

With most of the forces going downward, I don’t see us having a problem with this moving side to side.

I also double checked and tightened the posts well at the top and bottom of every leg.

This keeps the posts as vertical as possible when I or my kids run into the net.

Zupapa Trampoline Parts & Accessories

Over time, it’s normal for parts to wear out since they’re outside in the elements.

So if I ever need to replace anything, Zupapa has a parts and accessories page where I can order what I need.

Trampoline Workouts

For me, jumping non-stop on the trampoline is a workout in itself.

Throw in some flips and other tricks like my kids do and you’ll really feel like you’re working out.

If I’m doing an outdoor workout, I’ll anchor my inertia wave bands to the trampoline and follow it up with some high jumps.

Zupapa Trampoline Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Fun: Trampoline jumping takes the boredom out of workouts and can be done by anyone regardless of age
  • Cardio: When I jump non-stop, I find myself breathing heavy so it’s a great form of cardio
  • Safe: Safety net and zipper keeps everyone jumping safe
  • Stable: Stakes and U-bolts anchor the trampoline down and give it stability
  • Durable: The materials used by Zupapa are durable and last a long time

Cons

  • Injury risk: Just like with any bouncing activity, there’s a risk of injury so I always make sure to watch my kids while they’re jumping

Is The Zupapa Trampoline Worth It?

I’ve always liked trampolines because of how much fun you can have by yourself and with friends.

This saves me from making a trip and paying every time my kids want to go to the trampoline park.

So yes, I feel Zupapa trampolines are worth it because it helps my kids go outside to play and gets me out of the garage gym.

The trampolines are springy, stable, and are padded all around to keep my kids and I safe.

My gymnasts approve it so if your kids love to jump, Zupapa is worth checking out
