I got one bag and it got delivered in a box covered in brown wrapping paper.
The gummies are infused with CreaPure creatine which is the purest form of creatine monohydrate in the industry.
The bag feels full so it seems they’re doing better than potato chip companies that only fill half the bag with actual product.
I like that it’s a Ziploc bag so I can reseal it and the gummies don’t get hard or stale.
The bag comes with 150 gummies so I get a month’s supply from one bag.
Serving size is 5 gummies and that gives me 5 grams of creatine.
And here’s what the gummies look like once I open the bag.
They’re dime sized and have a really strong blueberry smell.
Beast Bites has 5 other flavor options but anything blueberry flavored is my first choice when it comes to sweet stuff so I went with this one.
Ingredients
Serving Size
Serving size is 5 gummies and there’s 150 gummies, so bag is a month’s worth of creatine.
With every serving I get 5 grams of creatine and there’s no scoop involved like when using powdered creatine.
This is a time saver and convenient since I don’t have to get a cup of water and don’t need to measure anything.
Calories
Each serving has 55 calories which is a bit higher than the Swoly creatine gummies I reviewed previously.
That’s because the gummies are made with cane sugar to give them flavor so that adds calories.
But those 55 calories are nothing compared to the 140 calories found in gummy bears candy.
Other Ingredients
Beast Bites states that the gummies have no artificial flavors and are made in an allergen-free facility.
What Are Beast Bites Creatine Gummies?
Beast Bites creatine gummies are creatine infused gummy bears (infused with CreaPure creatine).
They have the same benefits of creatine powder but cut out the prep work so they’re convenient.
I just grab 5 gummies, toss them in my mouth, and I get my creatine dose for the day.

Top Benefits of Beast Bites Creatine Gummies
Creatine Gummies Benefits
Beast Bites gummies are infused with creatine monohydrate so I get all the benefits:
- Improved muscle mass, strength, and power output
- Enhanced muscle recovery
- Supports cognitive processing and brain health
Taste
Now this is the part that got me hooked on creatine gummies.
See I have a sweet tooth and these taste just as good as gummy bears so I kill two birds with one stone…
I get my daily sweet fix without the hefty calories and my creatine requirement at the same time, it’s a win-win!
Convenience
I use a shaker bottle for my creatine powder so it requires a little bit more work then just grabbing gummies.
Gotta make sure the shaker bottle is clean, throw in the powder, fill it up with water, then clean the bottle.
Beast Bites creatine gummies eliminate all that extra work so the convenience and flavor is worth it!
Creatine Gummies vs Creatine Monohydrate Powder
I’ve always taken Bare Performance Nutrition creatine powder and I love it because it’s made with CreaPure as well.
And now that I’ve had Beast Bites gummies for some time, I can give you my 2 cents between creatine gummies and the powder.
So I’ve put together a comparison table between the two.
Beast Bites Gummies | BPN Creatine Powder | |
Increase size & strength | ✅ | ✅ |
Clumping | None | May clump |
Cost per serving | $1.25 | $0.55 |
Clean up time | 0 | 1 min |
Prep time | 0 | 1 min |
Price | $67.50* | $34.99** |
Taste | 6 flavors | Unflavored |
Both forms of creatine have the same effect on the body, it all comes down to convenience and price.
If I had to pick one and money was not an issue, I’d go with the gummies for two reasons:
(1) The blueberry flavor satisfies my sweet tooth without the guilty calories
(2) Being able to grab 5 gummies and not having to prep or clean anything after is so damn worth it!
*Price shown for Beast Bites Gummies is for 2 months supply after discount code is applied (price can be lowered even more with a subscription)
**The BPN creatine powder shown is $34.99 for 60 servings (2 months) since that’s what I currently have

Conclusion: Are Beast Bites Creatine Gummies Worth It?
