The Beyond Power Adaptive Bar Mount plans to be released mid-June, 2025.
I own their original bar mount as well and it works to mount the Voltra to a pullup bar and simulate a lat tower, but I feel this one is better.
The bar mounts allows me to do lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns, weighted crunches, and any cable exercise from the top down.
UPDATE
Table of Contents
The Beyond Power Adaptive Bar Mount is officially live on their website.
I’ve used this and tested it for about 2 months and it is much better than original bar mount.

Original vs Adaptive Bar Mount
Original Bar Mount

The original bar mount is more of a semi-permanent product that screws on to pullup bars with a 1″ to 2″ diameter.
It works really well to anchor the Voltra cable machine but because it is screwed, I can’t move it from side to side easily.
In the video above, I’m using the original bar mount in the first exercise (lat pulldowns).
You’ll also be able to see two other mounts: a sliding mount and the adaptive rack mount.
Adaptive Bar Mount

The new adaptive bar mount clamps down to pullup bars so it is much faster to install and release (takes less than 10 seconds)
After I clamp it down securely, I twist the black knob on top until it is as tight as I can get it.
I don’t have to screw anything at all.

As a bonus, the mount has a flip down eye that I can use to hang a suspension trainer from.
I use my Recoil S2 suspension trainer a lot and this makes it easy to anchor down.
Watch the short video where I show how easy it is to attach this mount to the pullup bar.
Then, I show the flip down suspension trainer anchor.
My Thoughts On The Beyond Power Adaptive Bar Mount
With the Voltra I being so versatile, this just adds another dimension to it.
Now I’m able to anchor the Voltra down quickly and do any exercise from the top down.
I like to get creative and get as many exercises out as I can from my Voltra machines.
As you can above, I’m using both bar mounts and the UClips smile handles to do exercises normally seen with a functional trainer.
I’m doing single arm tricep extensions, dual tricep extensions, rear delt flys, and even a Ski Erg simulation.
So for me, this mount is well worth it because I can do much more without taking up any floor space.
