The Finer Form multi functional bench is great for home gym owners that want an all-in-one type of bench.
It’s an adjustable FID (flat, incline, decline) bench, ab bench, preacher curl, and hyperextension bench.
That’s A LOT of functionality from one piece of equipment.
This review will dive into all its features and functions in more detail.
Inside The Box
The box comes with all the hardware necessary to build the bench.
It comes with an Allen key and an open-end wrench.
The assembly instructions were very clear and easy to follow.
Putting the bench together took about 40 minutes.
Multi Functional Bench
Like the name states, the Finer Form multi functional bench comes loaded with more features than just a regular bench.
This lets you do many more exercises without the need for additional benches.
This saves you space and money.
If you’ve seen my garage gym, you know I’m all about space saving and organizing to maximize your garage space.
Let’s deep dive into the bench’s functions.
FID Bench
The Finer Form bench is an FID bench (flat, incline, decline).
You have a flat bench setting, a decline bench setting, and 6 incline bench levels.
The 2 inch pad measures 4 feet long and 1 foot long from the base of the seat to the top of the bench.
To set the bench to the decline position, just lift the pad and lay the support bar completely flat.
Then rest the pad all the way down.
The seat can also be adjusted to three levels.
It goes from flat to two higher levels of incline.
There’s a red pull out knob that unlocks the seat allowing you to move it up or down.
Once you get to the position you want, just release the knob and it springs back, locking the seat in place.
The incline positions are useful in exercises like incline bench press or decline sit ups.

Preacher Curl
Another neat feature of the Finer Form multi functional bench, is the preacher curl pad.
Great for isolating the biceps on pull or arm days.
You’ll see the pads also have handles attached to them.
These handles are for leg raises to target the lower abs when you set up the bench as an ab bench.
The height of the preacher curl pad can be adjusted with a pull out knob on the side.
You have the option to select 11 different heights.
Ab / Hyperextension Bench
The Finer Form bench can also become an ab bench and hyperextension bench.
You can do this by setting the bench on the decline position and the seat at the highest incline.
Regardless of which exercise you choose to do, the leg pads are there to anchor your legs down.
The leg pads are adjustable up to 4 settings, allowing to move them up and down.
The adjustments are made with a pin you insert through holes.
The pin also goes through leg pad bar securing it in place.
If you do hyperextensions, right below the leg pads you’ll see feet plates.
They’re welded to the bench and give you more stability.

Finer Form Bench Summary
Overall, I feel the multi functional bench can be a good asset to home gym owners.
You get your normal FID bench functions, plus the ab bench, preacher curl, and hyperextension bench.
That’s plenty of features to get a lot of work done without taking up additional space.
One thing I would like to see the manufacturer do, is to make the preacher curl pads a bit wider.
That’ll make it easier for people with broad shoulders to have better arm support.
Not a deal breaker though, since you can bring your elbows in closer or do preacher curls one arm at a time.
