How Does The Warrior Shredding Program Work?

There are 4 things inside this program that I hadn’t done before.  I believe these are what makes this program so effective and easy to implement so that you get a lean and muscular look.

  • Intermittent fasting – The intermittent fasting part of the program will give you 80% of the results.

    If you want a chiseled physique, you have to hit the right amount of calories and macros.

    This is the part I had wrong for years and kept spinning my wheels not getting the results I wanted (no matter how hard I worked out).

  • Reverse pyramid training (RPT)  –  With RPT you start with heavy lifts first.
