The Moves Method Mobility Toolkit is a training program created by an Aussie named Vanja with a focus on improving movement through mobility exercises.
It’s a 4 week program where I’m working on mobility 6 times a week for 20 minutes or less.
There’s also a “Joints” section where I can spend more time on specific problem areas like my shoulder.
And I also have the option to interact with other members (including the owners) so if I have questions, they’re there to help.
What To Expect
This is an on-demand program so you go at it at your own pace and follow videos that walk you through different mobility exercises.
Within the menu, I can follow the 4 week program or focus on specific joints that need extra work.
There is a community portion to the program so if I have questions, I can post them and everyone (including the coaches) can chime in.
Although the $67 program does not include one-on-one coaching, there’s plenty there to help anyone improve their mobility when followed consistently.
If I ever need more one-on-one help, Moves Method does have the option to apply for coaching.
Program Layout
Whether I choose to follow the 4 week program or the single joint videos, all videos are laid out in the same format.
There’s a video with step-by-step instructions on how to do the exercises and sometimes they show regressions for more difficult moves.
And I like the option of having time stamps so I can move to specific areas of the video.
In the video above, I’m doing shoulder dislocates (my shoulder doesn’t really dislocate) and this has helped tremendously with my left shoulder.
Although some movements look basic, once I started doing them I noticed very quickly how difficult they are when you lack mobility so they can definitely be humbling.

Mobility Evaluation Call
My favorite part is the mobility evaluation call where I talk to a coach in real time so I know exactly where to focus to get the best results.
Setting up the call was straight forward…
I picked a date and time that worked for me and that was it.
Then I got a confirmation email and text message with the coach’s name.
I got the call and the coach listened to everything I had to say and even had questions about any activities I have trouble with or limitations.
Overall, I feel the 20 minute call was good because it gave me guidance on what I should focus on based on my personal mobility issues.
Community
The community tab is where I can interact with other members.
You’ll find newbies and some that have been through the program several times.
It’s a good place to ask questions, get feedback, and even celebrate wins with others.
I’ve tried other programs that have Facebook groups but I like having everything in one place so I don’t have to be bouncing back and forth between platforms.

The on-demand videos are very clear and easy to follow.
I like that I have access to them at any time so I can follow along at my own pace.
No Equipment Needed
There’s no equipment required for the MobilityKit 2.0 program…
But if you’re someone who lacks ankle mobility and has difficulty squatting because of it, they recommend adjustable slant board so you can squat deeper without limitations.
There are some exercises like shoulder dislocates where they recommend using resistance bands but they are not completely mandatory.
As you get better, you can decrease the angle on the slant board until you don’t need it at all.
Is The Moves Method Safe?
Yes, it’s safe.
Some videos teach regressions in case an exercise is too difficult to do.
Whenever I can’t do a certain movement at full range of motion, I just work on it weekly to continue making progress.

My Experience With The Moves Method Mobility Toolkit
I consider myself to be a fit person but the Mobility Toolkit program has humbled me more than I thought.
Like the shoulder extension exercise above where just holding the starting position is very challenging.
And it really shouldn’t come as a surprise since like most people, I don’t work on my mobility much.
But now that I see what areas of my body are lacking mobility, it’s shown me exactly what I need to work on consistently.
I should’ve done this when I was younger, but now that I’m 46, this has become a priority so I can continue training without injuries or limitations.

Yes, it’s absolutely worth it!
I work out often but mobility is something I neglect 99% of the time and over time that can lead to injuries.
Going through this program has made me aware of how much mobility I’m lacking in multiple body parts.

Did they try to sell you online coaching during your consultation? That’s been a complaint about this product…
They mention it but they’re not pushy about it. I politely declined and said I’d go over the program first then decide whether I needed coaching.
You pay 27 USD and get nothing. Every program is locked unless you pay more money. Everything you see on this page is a lie. You pay 27 USD, for them to get your detail and then they use that entry point to lure you in to give them more money.
You get NOTHING but frustratio s from paying 27 USD. It really is a scam.

I didn’t review or mention any of their other programs because those are not part of the Mobility Toolkit.
And that’s why those are an additional cost.
When I bought the toolkit they charged $67 plus $97 for access to it.

Hey. Thanks for the review. Have you done other mobility programs? I’m primarily concerned about IT band flexibility and hip flexor strengthening. Does the program have a lot of focus on that, or do have you reviewed a better program? There’s also another aussie guy all over IG that does mobility but now I can’t find his name…
The program doesn’t go into specific IT band flexibility or hip flexor strengthening.
It covers overall hip mobility and stretches (hip flexor stretches, internal and external hip rotation stretches, hip flexion for improved squat depth)
