How To Use The Online Interval Timer
1. Select a timer mode (Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP)
2. Enter the desired work duration, rest duration, rounds, and total duration
3. Hit start
What Is Tabata?
Tabata is a form of interval training where you perform intense bursts of an exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
You repeat this 8 times for a total of 4 minutes (rounds).
When you click the Tabata option on the online interval timer, you’ll see it automatically sets goes to 20 seconds of duration.

You then repeat the set at the beginning of the next minute and continue with your prescribed sets.

Click start at the beginning of the exercise and when I’m done, I click stop.
