The ProSourceFit 3 in 1 plyo box is a fun accessory to have around the home gym.
It’s made out of plywood and the sides are different heights, giving you different ways to challenge yourself.
You can use it to do calisthenics, improve speed, power, and performance.
Plyo Box Assembly
You get everything you need straight out of the box.
Six wooden panels for each side of the box.
One center piece to support the whole structure and prevent it from caving in when your weight is on it.
And all the hardware is included.
All the wooden panels already come with pre-drilled holes in them so that makes it much easier to put together.
With the use of a power drill, it took a little over 10 minutes to put together.
If you do this with a regular screw driver, expect it to take a bit longer because there are a lot of screws.
3 Plyo Boxes in 1
As the name states, the ProSourceFit 3 in 1 plyo box replaces 3 plyo boxes.
Each side is a different length: 30 inches, 24 inches, and 20 inches.
This gives you the ability to flip it over to any height you want for many different exercises.
Whether you’re doing box jumps, step ups, or incline push ups, you can start easy or choose a different height to challenge yourself.
20 Inch Height
On the sides of the plyo box, you’ll see the height you’re using with an arrow pointing up.
Once you’ve used it enough, you’ll get used to the heights and won’t need to be looking for the numbers shown.
The 20 inch height is a good starting point for beginners.
You can do box jumps and step ups without having to clear a big height.
24 Inch Height
The 24 inch height is middle ground.
At this height, you can see the handles on the side of the plyo box at the right position.
This height is more for intermediate jumpers and leg strength.
30 Inch Height
The 30 inch height is the big daddy of them all.
This will mostly be used from explosive jumps, although I have seen people use it for difficult calisthenics exercises like inverted push ups to hit the shoulders.

Is The ProSourceFit 3 in 1 Plyo Box Worth It?
Because of its versatility, the 3 in 1 plyo box is definitely worth.
Whether you need one or not depends on how you train.
If you do a lot of plyometrics and calisthenics, then yes it’s definitely a great tool to have.
Another thing to consider is the space in your home gym.
Because it is a box, it will take up some room.
Easiest way to store it is in a corner with the 30″ side up so it’s taking up less space.
You can even use it to store other pieces of equipment on top while it’s not in use.
Overall, a good gym toy to add variety to your workouts.
