Runwe packaged the bench nicely.
It came wrapped in plastic and protected by styrofoam.
All together there’s 5 parts that I had to put together so it wasn’t hard at all.
They’re the frame, 2 legs, seat pad, and back pad.
All the hardware is included which isn’t much.
There’s 2 small bolts for each leg and 2 large bolts that connect the seat and back pad to the frame.
Once it was all said and done, it took around 20 minutes to get the Runwe bench set up.
Not bad at all!

Runwe Adjustable Bench
The Runwe adjustable bench has 9 total levels of adjustment.
6 levels on the back pad and 3 on the seat.
It does not decline.
The first option is the flat bench.
Just keep the adjustment arm on the bottom notch.
To adjust the seat just move the adjustment arm one or two notches.
Once it’s in one of the notches, gravity and your weight takes care of keeping it in place.
Adjusting the back pad works the same way.
You can move the adjustment arm to 6 different positions.
On the side of the adjustment arm there’s a handle so you don’t pinch your fingers while setting it down.

Stability
The Runwe bench feels very stable and doesn’t wobble.
On the back pad side, you have wide legs with anti-slip rubber feet.
On the seat side, the legs are more narrow but they also have rubber feet.
I’ve seen benches that also include adjustable legs just in case you have uneven floors.
The Runwe workout bench doesn’t come with that option.
Comfortable Padding
The padding on both the seat and back pad is 2″ thick.
It’s very comfortable and at the same time it gives you plenty of support.
The stitching and upholstery seems like it’s good quality as well.
