The StackTrax landmine attachment is part of a clever and minimalist set up that’s up on my garage gym wall.
Even though it’s a wall mounted attachment, it’s detachable and can be anchored down at different heights.
This way I can use it for floor level landmine exercises and others like Viking presses.
Let’s check it out!

What Is The StackTrax Landmine Attachment?
The StackTrax landmine attachment is a wall mounted landmine that works with the StackTrax Fitness system.
Like other barbell landmine attachments, it has a sleeve where I slide one end of a barbell for tons of exercise versatility.
With the StackTrax Fitness system, I anchor wall mounts and add several attachments to those anchors without needing a lot of space.
In fact, I have the entire StackTrax system in one wall stud (watch the short video below).

Top Benefits Of the StackTrax Landmine Attachment
Versatility
The StackTrax wall mounted landmine attachment has a weight capacity of 300 lbs and 180 degrees of free motion in all directions.
So I can do landmine exercises up and down…
Side to side and in a circular motion without any restrictions.
This adds a ton of exercise versatility with one space saving piece of equipment.
Best Features Of The StackTrax Landmine Attachment
Locking Mechanism
The StackTrax system works with mounts (called Mounting Trax) that lock attachments securely to the wall but not permanently.
Each mount has a rectangular opening in the middle for the attachment piece and two holes on the side to lock it in place with a steel pin.
Here’s what the landmine attachment and the pin looks like before I lock it on the wall.
The base of the landmine has a notch above and below it so the pin can slide through them.
First I insert the base in the rectangle, then slide the locking pin into the side holes until it goes in all the way.
This is what it looks like from the front once the locking pin is all the way in.
The weight of the landmine attachment plus the weight on the barbell keeps from sliding out so it’s very safe to use.
Swivel Joints
The joint on the base gives the landmine 180 degrees of vertical movement.
And the joint on the sleeve allows for 180 degrees of side to side motion.
Combined, these joints swivel to give me free motion in all directions so I can get as creative as I want with exercises.

PRx Wall Mounted Landmine Attachment
The PRX wall mounted landmine attachment looks like your ordinary landmine attachment but…
It also functions as a vertical barbell storage when not in use.
This is possible with the help of a hitch pin that locks the barbell sleeve vertically.
I’m a big proponent of using my garage gym walls for storage so for $119, this is a genius idea.
StackTrax Landmine Attachment Price
The landmine attachment retails for $165 including the mount.
If you already own the StackTrax system and don’t need a mount, the landmine sells for $130.
It’s a bit on the high side so I’m gonna show you how to get a 10% discount so you don’t pay full price.
StackTrax Fitness Discount Code
As you can see from the pic above, I was able to knock off $16.50 from the retail price.

My Experience Using the StackTrax Landmine
I’ve had the StackTrax system anchored on one of my wall studs for a while and I love the minimalist approach to it.
I can anchor the Ancore trainer cable attachment, a pull up bar, suspension trainers, pulley systems, resistance bands, and more.
The addition of the landmine attachment, adds a ton of value to a system that offers a lot of versatility.
I can workout my upper body, lower body, and core with landmine exercises in a small space.
Is The StackTrax Landmine Worth It?
If you already have the StackTrax system, this is an excellent addition to a super versatile set up.
Otherwise, you can find more economic landmine options that do the same thing.
Being wall mounted, this is stable and the 180 degrees of motion allows me to move freely in all directions.
