DIY Gymnastics Dream Machine
Materials used
➡️ (2) swivel pulleys
➡️ (6) carabiners/spring links
➡️ Clamp set: (4) thimbles + (8) rope clamps
➡️ (2) Soft loop tie down straps
➡️ (2) handles
➡️ (2) Eye lag screws
➡️ Weight belt
➡️ (2) 10 feet vinyl covered wire rope (Rope length will vary depending on your ceiling height. My ceiling is 9.5 feet tall)
Substitutions
➡️ The belt & soft loops can be substituted for a climbing harness with D-rings on the sides.
➡️ The vinyl covered wire rope can be substituted with climbing rope
➡️ The handles can be substituted for gymnastic rings
