In this Kino workout I’m giving you a sneak peak of some exercises from the Kinobody Warrior Shredding Program.

More specifically, you’ll see me doing exercises from Phase 2 which is focused on the chest.

The exercises shown are:

  • Close grip bench
  • Weighted dips
  • Incline bench rows

On the weighted dips I hit a new PR of 70 lbs!

I’ve been using Kinobody programs for the last 2 years and as you can see, I’m lifting heavy even at 40 years old.
