Kinobody Strength Standards
If you’re constantly in the gym and are not getting the results you want, then you’ll definitely benefit from Kinobody programs and their Kinobody Strength Standards.
Truth is, if you’re not getting stronger and your physique is not where you want it to be you may not be lifting heavy enough.
In this video I’m going to be discussing the Kinobody Strength Standards that will get you jacked and stronger by just lifting 3 days a week.
Just 3 times a week? How?
It’s all about the strategy…
Kinobody uses Reverse Pyramid Training, Rest Pause Training, key lifts, and work outs 3 times a week to get maximum recovery so you can go heavy again on your next Kinobody workout.
Incline Bench Press
The Kinobody strength standards for incline bench press are for 5 repetitions.
Starting: Bodyweight
Warrior: Bodyweight x 1.2
Greek God: Bodyweight x 1.4
Superhero: Anything above bodyweight x 1.4
Example: If you weigh 100 lbs and you were at Warrior status, you’d multiply 100 x 1.2 so your weight would be 120 lbs.
Standards for Weighted Chin Ups
The Kinobody strength standards for weighted chin ups are for 5 repetitions.
Starting: 30% of Bodyweight
Warrior: 50% of Bodyweight
Greek God: 70% of Bodyweight
Superhero: Anything above 70% of bodyweight
Example: If you weigh 100 lbs and you were at Warrior status, you’d multiply 100 x 0.3 so you would hang 30 lbs of weight from your body.
Strength Standards for Weighted Dips
The Kinobody strength standards for weighted chin ups are for 5 repetitions.
Starting: 40% of Bodyweight
Warrior: 60% of Bodyweight
Greek God: 80% of Bodyweight
Superhero: Anything above 80% of bodyweight
Example: If you weigh 100 lbs and you were at Warrior status, you’d multiply 100 x 0.6 so you would hang 60 lbs of weight from your body.
Follow these standards and you’ll find yourself getting stronger every week.
The stronger you get, the more your muscles have to adapt so they will grow.
Combine that along with a solid nutritional protocol and you’ll be amazed at the results you’ll get.
I’ve been able to do it at 40 years of age so I know you can do it as well.
