The NordStick Multi Slider combines 4 machines in 1 and it’s compact which makes it ideal for home gyms.
It’s a glute ham roller, core slider, push up handles, and ab roller.
I can split it up into two parts and use each one individually or I can connect it in the middle to use as one piece.
Let’s check it out!

Everything comes in one box and came intact with no damages to report.
All together there’s 4 pieces: two push up handles that sit on top of two rollers.
It came separated but I can connect in the middle like a puzzle to make it a single unit (I’ll show you that later).

What Is the NordStick Multi Slider?
The NordStick Multi Slider is a fitness product that combines 4 products in 1, saving you space and money at the same time.
It combines a glute ham roller, core sliders, push up bars, and ab roller in a space saving design.
Top Benefits of The NordStick Multi Slider
Replaces Four Products
Glute Ham Roller
Above you can see Titan’s version of the Glute Ham Roller.
It moves in one direction, has a V-shaped notch in the middle for feet, and it’s 27″ long.
At $85, this product does less and sells for more than the Multi Slider, which is exactly what the NordStick wanted to do.
Here’s the Multi Slider’s version of a glute ham roller.
I connected it at the middle to make it one piece and took off the push up bars so the V notches on top are exposed.
At 17″ long, the Multi Slider is not as wide as a regular glute ham roller but I can still do the same exercises without a problem.
Core Sliders
Core sliders are a pair of discs that can be placed under my hands or feet and slide easily to perform different types of exercises.
One side has foam and the other is plastic.
The plastic side slides easily on carpet, hard wood, tile, stall mats, and other surfaces.
The Multi Slider’s version of core sliders uses wheels.
These swivel 360 degrees so I can move them in any direction and use them on any surface.
Push Up Bars
This one’s self explanatory….
I can take the handles off the sliders and use on the floor like regular push up bars.
Ab Roller Wheel
The Rogue Ab Wheel is bad ass because it’s overbuilt but aside from it’s construction, it only has one purpose.
I can do the same with the NordStick Multi Slider by throwing the handles back on top and connecting both sliders.
Reduces Clutter
The Multi Slider combines multiple products into one so I have less clutter in my home gym.
Above I’m showing you just two of the four pieces of equipment it replaces and you can see the Multi Slider takes up less space.
Best Features of The NordStick Multi Slider
Single Or Double Slider
One thing I really like about the Multi Slider is that I can use it as two separate units or as a single unit by connecting it at the middle.
This gives it so much more versatility because now I can train my arms or legs individually or together.
I make it a single unit by connecting the puzzle pieces in the middle.
No fancy locking mechanism, all I do is place the male pieces over the female pieces and push down.
Here’s what it looks like once the Multi Slider is connected in the middle.
And surprisingly, it stays locked in place while I exercise.
Textured Push Up Handles
I don’t know what the push up handles are made of but they feel real good.
If I were to describe the grip material, it feels like a Dr. Scholl’s gel insole for your hands.
The bottom of the push up handles has anti-slip rubber so I can use it on any surface.
Swivel Wheels
Notches For Feet
The V-shaped notches on the sliders are there to stabilize my feet.
They’re rubberized so my shoes have something to grip.
I can use them to dig my heels into the sliders when doing exercises like lying leg curls.
Or I can stick the front of my shoes in them for exercises like reverse lunges and others I’ll show you later on.
Resistance Band Holes
A small detail that was added to the Multi Slider is a pair of holes on each piece.
I like this because I can make some exercises harder by attaching resistance bands to each slider.
Multi Slider Exercises
In the video above you’ll see 30+ exercises that can be done with the Multi Slider so there’s no doubt it’s versatile.
I’m gonna show you some of the ones I do most often but you can get as creative as you want.
Upper Body
I can do regular push ups…
Archer push ups with wheels on one handle and no wheels on the other.
Or I can do chest flys by having wheels on both handles.
Core
Ab wheel rollouts are one of my favorite core exercises to do on the Multi Slider because they’re hard AF.
Here I added resistance bands to make knee tucks harder.
And in this one, I split the sliders in two for mountain climbers.
One advantage of using the Multi Slider for this exercise is that it’s low impact because I’m not jumping up and down.
It feels similar to a slide board.
Here’s a more advanced core movement, the reverse V up.
Lower Body
Assisted Nordic Curls
With my feet anchored down and the Multi Slider on both hands, I can roll out and do some assisted Nordic curls.
These look like ab rollouts but with my legs anchored I’m focusing on pulling with my hamstrings.
I normally do these on the Freak Athlete Hyper Pro but this is a budget friendly alternative to Nordic curl regressions.
Reverse Lunges
Here I’m doing reverse lunges.
I like that my rear foot is always in contact with the floor so I feel more balanced even when doing this with dumbbells.
Lying leg curls feel smooth but I can make them even more challenging…
By attaching resistance bands to them.
This exercise is harder than it looks and gives me a good hamstrings burn.
Multi Slider Price
The Multi Slider’s price is $69.99 which is not bad considering that a glute ham roller alone costs about the same (sometimes more).
But remember, this is 4 products in 1 so you’re definitely getting a lot of bang for your buck.
On top of that, I’m gonna hook you up with my exclusive discount code to bring down the price some…

Multi Slider Pros & Cons
Pros
- Versatile: I can do a lot of exercises with the Multi Slider (30+ exercises according to NordStick)
- Space saving: This takes up less space than having the four machines it replaces
- Low impact: Movements have no impact so they’re easy on my joints
- Weight capacity: Each slider has a capacity of 300 lbs so it’s built to last
- Price: At less than $70, the Multi Slider offers a lot of value for what you pay
Cons
- Size: At 17″ in length this may feel small for bigger people (I’m 5’7″) when compared to 27″ glute ham rollers
NordStick Multi Slider Alternatives
Hero Board
The Hero Board is a rolling platform that can be used for strength, mobility, and flexibility exercises.
Dimensions are 19″ L x 13″ W x 6″ H and weighs 10 lbs.
They have a huge library of exercises that can be done with the Hero Board but at $250, this is not a budget friendly product.
The Spyder 360
The Spyder 360 is very similar to the Multi Slider.
It has swivel wheels, a handle, and has the capacity to attach resistance bands to it.
Only thing that’s different, is that it can’t be connected to be used as a single unit.
The Spyder 360’s price starts at $149.
Flex Disc
The Flex Disc is another rolling disc with 6 wheels that has a center hub for twist lock vertical handles.
Each disc is 10″ in diameter and works independent of the other.
A set of 2 Flex Discs retails for $110.
My Experience Using The Multi Slider
Overall I feel this product offers a lot of versatility which is something I always look for in home gym equipment.
The handle feels good and the wheels roll smoothly so as far as performance goes, it works like it should.
Although I can add resistance through bands and dumbbells, this is mainly going to be for bodyweight exercises.
I can see this being very useful for people who don’t have a lot of space but want to get a full body workout without spending a lot of money.
Conclusion: Should You Buy the NordStick Multi Slider?
The Nordstick Multi Slider offers a lot of versatility and for the budget price, I feel the value is there.
It doesn’t eat up a lot of space and replaces 4 products in a compact design.
You’ll be able to workout your upper body, core, and lower body with one piece of equipment so this is a good one.
