Out of the box, the creatine gummies come in a Ziploc bag.
There’s packing peanuts inside and they’re not for the bag, they’re to protect a glass container that Primal Goddess always throws in with their products.

Once I opened the bag, I took a whiff at the gummies and they smell just like candy.
And they’re on brand too. All the gummies are shaped like crowns.
Ingredients

Serving Size
Serving size is 5 gummies a day and there’s 150 gummies in the jar so I’m getting a month’s worth of creatine.
With every 5 gummies I get 5 grams of Creapure creatine monohydrate so there’s no measuring with a scoop like when using powdered creatine.

Calories
For every 5 gummies I get 45 calories and that’s because the gummies are flavored so that has to come from somewhere.
And that comes from the 3 grams of sugar that’s added to them.
As long as they taste good, I feel those 45 calories are well worth it and nothing compared to the 140 calories found in gummy bears candy.
Other Ingredients
If you look at the last sentence under other ingredients, they Tapioca syrup, water, cane sugar, pectin, Malic acid, organic Stevia leaf extract, organic beet root powder, and organic Carnauba wax.
So if you’re allergic to any of those things, these might not be a good fit for you.
What Are Primal Queen Creatine Bites?

Primal Queen creatine gummies are creatine infused gummies.
They have all the benefits of creatine powder but cut out the prep work so they’re just a grab and go type of deal which is convenient.
I grab 5 gummies, toss them in my mouth, and I get my creatine dose for the day.
Top Benefits Of Primal Queen Creatine Bites
Creatine Benefits
Primal Queen gummies are infused with Creapure creatine monohydrate so I get all the benefits:
- Improved muscle mass, strength, and power output
- Enhanced muscle recovery
- Supports cognitive processing and brain health
Taste
Now this is the part that everyone taking creatine gummies cares about.
The flavor for these are wild watermelon and after tasting them, I was expecting something sweeter (that’s my sweet tooth speaking to me).
It’s not bad but I prefer gummies that are sweeter but I do understand that adding more sugar would bump up the calories.
I just have to remind myself that this is for my daily creatine dosage not to quench my sugar cravings.
Convenience

I use a shaker bottle for my creatine powder so it requires a little bit more work then just grabbing gummies.
Gotta make sure the shaker bottle is clean, throw in the powder, fill it up with water, then clean the bottle.
Primal Queen creatine bites eliminate all that work so the convenience is worth it especially when I’m on the go.
Creatine Powder vs Primal Queen Creatine Gummies

I’ve always taken Bare Performance Nutrition creatine powder and I love it because it’s made with Creapure (highest quality creatine).
And now that I’ve had Primal Queen creatine gummies for some time, I can give you my 2 cents between creatine gummies and the powder.
So I’ve put together a comparison table between the two.
| Primal Queen Gummies | BPN Creatine Powder | |
| Increase size & strength | ✅ | ✅ |
| Clumping | None | May clump |
| Cost per serving | $1.72 | $0.58 |
| Clean up time | 0 | 1 min |
| Prep time | 0 | 1 min |
| Price | $51.75* | $34.99** |
| Taste | Could be sweeter | Unflavored |
Both forms of creatine have the same effect on the body, it all comes down to convenience and price.
If I had to pick one and money was not an issue, I’d go with the gummies for two reasons:
(1) The wild watermelon flavor satisfies my sweet tooth without the guilty calories
(2) Being able to grab 5 gummies and not having to prep or clean anything after is worth it!
*Price shown for Primal Queen Gummies is after discount code is applied (price can be lowered even more with a subscription)
**The BPN creatine powder shown is $34.99 for 60 servings (2 months) since that’s what I currently have
