In this Torroband review I’ll go over everything about these popular heavy duty resistance bands.
They’re touted as the “world’s most powerful resistance bands” on the Torroband website.
And it’s because they’re tested up to 350 lbs of combined resistance.
Let’s dig in!
UPDATE
After receiving several complaints from several buyers, I am no longer recommending Torroband.
It seems they are NOT delivering orders placed and for that reason, I suggest you don’t buy them.
I’ll leave this post up to raise awareness of the issue going on with this company.
I repeat, DO NOT order from Torroband because they have not been delivering products after purchases.

Unboxing
The Torrobands come in a small box that’s about 9.5″ long.
But the inside is packed with 4 resistance bands and bunch of accessories.
This is everything I pulled out of the box:
- 4 bands (40 lbs, 60 lbs, 70 lbs, and 80 lbs)
- 2 handles
- Door anchor
- 2 carabiners
- Anchor strap
- 2 ankle straps
- Waist pad
You definitely get a lot of stuff in one little box.
And that’s good because you can get a whole body workout with everything included.
350 lbs of Combined Resistance
The Torrobands have a combined resistance of 250 lbs.
But when fully stretch that resistance has been to be up to 350 lbs.
They’re some of the best looking resistance bands I’ve tested (my favorite bands are from Stroops Fitness).
Heavy Duty Resistance Bands
Torroband ships you a box with 4 resistance bands.
They come in 40 lbs, 60 lbs (not sure why they skipped 50), 70 lbs, and 80 lbs.
Together they add up to 250 lbs in resistance so where 350 lbs come from?
When fully stretched, the combination of all the bands goes 100 lbs more.
At the other end of the handles you have similar straps but in orange and with D hooks.
They also have the box X stitching pattern and show the amount of resistance.
The Torro bands have a thick rubber stopper at each end that keeps them from falling off the straps.
Taking a closer look inside the strap you can see a grommet that prevents the bands from going through when pulled.
Anti-slip Rubber Handles
Torroband comes with two handles that feel solid.
I like how the handles are made of rubber and have small holes in them.
To me it seems that helps your hands breathe and helps to keep have a better grip.
The straps on the handle seem very tough and don’t feel cheap.
With resistance bands as strong as these it’s good to see they didn’t cut corners with the handle straps.
Right where the strap meets the carabiner you can see a box X stitching pattern.
That’s very similar to the triple reinforced stitching on Brute Force heavy duty sandbags.
The carabiner is heavy duty as well.
I like that it’s D-shaped because it’s more spacious than the cheaper lightbulb shaped ones.
Padded Ankle Straps
The two ankle straps have soft padding on them.
Not sure what the thickness of the padding is but it feels comfortable when around my ankle.
To tighten the straps you put one end through the D ring and attach it to the velcro.
After I got my ankle strap on, I just used a carabiner that came in the box to connect the strap to the bands.
The carabiners can be used for the ankle straps and for a hanging strap also (to throw on pull up bars or trees).
Waist Pad
There’s also a long pad that come with the set.
I wasn’t sure what it was for until I saw a demo on the Torroband site.
You insert the bands through the center of the pad.
Seal the velcro and it goes around your waist.
This is good for running against resistance.
You can anchor the resistance tubes around a tree, fence, post, or weight rack and run away from it.
Anchor Strap
To secure the resistance bands, you use the anchor strap.
Torroband pretty much gives you all the accessories you need.
Just wrap the anchor strap around a sturdy base and connect the straps to it.
You can do this up and down a vertical post.
And you can do the same over a horizontal bar for exercises where you want to push/pull down.
This also protects the Torrobands from the friction around a pull up bar or whatever else you use as a base.
Torroband Door Anchor
Last accessory I’ll go over in this Torroband review is the door anchor.
Like the other straps, this one seems high quality.
The spongy cylinder at the end of the strap doesn’t look that fancy but it gets the job done.
Insert the band(s) through the strap loop and find a door.
You can use the door anchor on the top, side, or bottom of the door.
There’s no wrong way to do it.
It all depends on what Torroband exercises you’re doing.
Torroband Workout
When it comes to workouts with the Torroband, there’s so many things you can do.
You can use the resistance bands by themselves by stepping on them.
Wrap them around barbells to make weight training exercises more difficult.
Or just wrap them around a post.
Torroband Exercises
Squats can be done by stepping on the bands.
To make them harder just spread your legs apart or add more bands.
Rows can be done by wrapping the Torrobands around a post.
You can also use the door anchor or anchor strap like I showed before.
Biceps curls can be done by stepping on the bands or anchoring them down at the bottom of a door.
If an exercise gets too difficult, you can step on the band with one foot to decrease the band’s tension
And you don’t always have to face the anchor point.
Turn around to get some chest presses in.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Travel friendly – everything fits in a small travel bag and can be anchored to almost anything sturdy
- Whole body workout – can be used for both upper and lower body workouts
- 350 lbs of resistance – plenty of stackable resistance for progressive overload
Cons
- Expensive – made of quality materials and includes all accessories so it’s not cheap (see discount below)

Torroband Review
Torroband is in the top 3 set of resistance bands I’ve tested.
The set of bands provides plenty of resistance for any exercise.

And it can be used indoor or outdoors.
I dig them!

Torrobands are a ripoff. Never received the bands and for 3 months they’ve been telling me I will get a refund. CROOKS !!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS
Ordered 2 months ago. Still nothing. Person named Milan answered my mails few times with lame excuses, but when I asked for receipt of my payment, or money refund , nothing. No more emails .
So obviously Torro bands are scam . They will just steal your money
same thing with me…ordered 4 months ago never received product…getting lame excuses from Milan that she’s looking into it…how hard is it to look on a computer to check order….these people should be prosecuted to the fullest…shame on the so called shredded
dad for touting this product…he’s as guilty of fraud as this sham company…
I’ve heard the same from several people which is why I left an update at the top of this post.
The post is up just so people looking for reviews are aware of this situation.
Thanks for your comment.
don’t buy is a scam ,pay and never receive ,email them few time totally no reply, waited for few month don’t buy dn’t buy!!!!!!
I did finally receive mine. The resistance is weaker than my cheaper bands that I thought I was upgrading. The rubber surrounding the ball that holds the handles frayed and the bands are useless now. Expensive junk.
And yes, this Milan guy could care less to address any concern a customer may have.
I stopped recommending them because heard of too many complaints of people not receiving their orders.
Only reason I have left this post up is to mention not to order from them.
