This Yosuda indoor cycling bike review is for the YB001 model.
Yosuda is known for selling exercise bikes, under desk bikes, elliptical machines, and rowers.
The YB001 is their cheapest indoor cycling bike.
It’s a smooth ride with adjustable seat and handlebars, it’s stable, quiet, and tracks your progress.
Let’s do this!
Unboxing
The Yosuda YB001 came in a square box that weighs about 80 lbs.
Everything on the outside was packaged and sealed perfectly.
Once I opened the box, the insides were wrapped in plastic and surrounded by styrofoam.
Nothing broken, nothing scratched.
Assembly
Assembling the Yosuda YB001 took about 20 minutes.
I’ve put together quite a few of these exercise bikes so I’m familiar with the process.
But even if you’re a newbie at it, it doesn’t take very long.
The main frame is fully built, all you do is put on the rest of the parts.

Solid Construction and Stability
The YB001 spin bike has a 35 lbs flywheel and is built with a heavy duty steel frame.
With wide legs and heaviness to it, it feels stable even when going fast.
Smooth Ride
The YB001 Yosuda indoor cycling bike is belt driven so it’s very quiet compared to chain bikes I’ve tried before
Belt driven bikes also require less maintenance than a chain would so that’s a plus.
Adjustable In Many Ways
This bike has many adjustable features so it’s compatible with a lot of people.
You can adjust the seat, handlebars, pedals, legs, and resistance.
Seat
The seat can be adjusted 4 ways by twisting a couple of black pull pin knobs.
You can move the seat up and down to set the right height for you.
And you can also move it front and back to get you closer or further from the handlebars.
The seat is thick and comfortable.
Upholstery and stitching are solid.
Handlebars
The handlebars can only move up and down.
You can adjust them with a black pull pin knob in the front of the bike.
The handlebars are padded in foam all around so they’re easy to grip.
And with them being long, you can place your hands in multiple positions.
Pedals
The pedals are caged which is great if you want to go fast or stand up without slipping.
On the side they have a strap with a buckle so you adjust how tight you want your feet to be.
I personally don’t make it tight because having my foot inside the cage feels safe enough.
Legs
On the side of each there’s a rotating knob.
This is there in case you have uneven floors.
Turn it one way and you’ll see a piece of rubber come out from the bottom of the leg to stabilize the bike.
If you turn it the opposite way, it’ll go back inside the leg.
Resistance
In between your legs you’ll see a bright red button to adjust the level of resistance.
Turning clockwise ( + ) gets the brake pad closer to the flywheel so your ride will be harder.
Go counter-clockwise ( – ) and your ride gets easier.
Pressing the red button straight down is your emergency brake and stops the flywheel completely.
This is different than air bikes where resistance is created by the intensity you put into the workout.
Performance Tracking LCD Monitor
The LCD monitor screen on the Yosuda YB001 has good visibility and works with one button.
It tracks time, speed, distance, calories, and odometer.
You switch from one category to the other by pushing the button once.
To reset everything back to zero just press and hold the button for a few seconds.
Electronic Device Holder
Right below the LCD monitor there’s a black plastic piece.
This is for your cell phone or tablet so you can watch something while you ride.
Mobile
Attached to the front legs you’ll see a pair of wheels.
They’re there to make it easy to move the bike around.
All you gotta do is tilt the bike forward so that the legs are off the floor.
Now you can roll the bike wherever you need to without taking on its full weight.
Bottle Holder
And to round up all of the Yosuda YB001’s features you have your handy dandy bottle holder.
It’s made of plastic so it can fit different size bottles.
