In this video I give you a tour inside my home garage gym. This is where I do all my Kinobody workouts and it’s my favorite place in the house!

I created this garage gym with the idea that I also wanted to store my car inside the garage during the cold winter months so I had to find ways to utilize the walls to save floor space.

Since recording the home gym tour video I have also bough a punching bag, sled, and boxing gloves.

Here’s a picture of my car parked inside the garage. I built the garage gym during the winter so I wanted to be able to park inside and still have space for a gym.

Now that the summer is here all I need now is a fan to let out the raging heat.
